The Location: Lincoln Street has been designated by the City of Portland as a major east-west bicycle street. The New Improvements: The kitchen and both bathrooms have been completely remodeled from the studs out. Paint on the woodwork is two-coat oil-based and is stunning.
Air Quality: The house was tested for the presence of radon by Cascade Radon, Inc. Results were negative.
